Every commission begins with a private conversation — and there's no wrong way to start one. Whether you arrive with a clear vision or simply a feeling you can't quite put into words, we'll help you find the direction. We'll talk about the occasion, the person, the stones that interest you, and what you'd like this piece to mean. From there, we take care of the rest.

At Jiun, the stone comes before the design. We believe the right gemstone shapes everything — the form, the weight, the feeling of the final piece. We source and present rare coloured gemstones personally — selected for rarity, quality, and character. If you already have a stone in mind — or one that carries personal significance — we work from there.

With your stone confirmed, we develop the design entirely around you. Your aesthetic, your story, and the life this piece will live all inform every decision. Sketches are refined through your input, and nothing progresses without your approval. You can be as hands-on or as trusting as you'd like — both are equally welcome here.

Your piece is made entirely by hand — precision metalwork, stone setting, and finishing executed to the standard we hold for every Jiun commission. We'll keep you informed at each stage. Most commissions take between four to eight weeks, depending on complexity.

JIUN was born from a lifelong fascination with stories — not just the ones we tell, but the ones we wear. To me, jewelry is more than ornamentation. It’s memory. It’s meaning. It’s identity captured in a form that can be touched, passed on, & treasured.
I chose to build JIUN around coloured gemstones because colour speaks directly to the soul. Each hue evokes something different, intimate, and deeply personal. To me, coloured gems are like people — vivid, diverse, complex, and always beautiful in their own right. Each stone carries its own resonance, it's own energy. It’s something that can be universally meaningful yet wholly unique to its wearer.
